Got a Vivint alarm system

The house my parents bought came with a Vivint alarm system already installed so my parents activated it, but for some reason, the hardwired sensors show low battery, also, cameras don't work.

Last time I checked, hardwired sensors DO NOT HAVE A BATTERY 

So my parents called Vivint, and the customer service... is ass, these people DO NOT know what they are doing 😭🙏

Took us 1 hour to get a technician to come out... 1 HOUR FOR THE DAMN VIVINT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO SCHEDULE A TECHNICIAN?!?!?!?

Then we called to reschedule... and then it took 3 minutes to reschedule? The first rpresentative that scheduled the technician did NOT know what they were doing 😭🙏

They came 2 hours early, cause they got done 2 hours early, and the technicians were cool asf, they let me plug in some shit and yeah

They replaced the battery that powers the hardwired sensor communicator and added the POE module to the cameras and connected it to the Smart Hub

Three days later...the battery died

The technicians said the Vivint Smart Hub Power Supply is SUPPOSED to charge the battery... but it isn't 

So now we gotta get the technician out here AGAIN

I'll update y'all once they fix it, hopefully they do

Quitting social media

I decided to quit social media. I've been struggling with my mental health and a lot of other things and I don't really have the courage I used to have anymore. My views have dropped a lot and my accounts became irrelevant  I might come back to making content in a few years or just forever. Rare chance I'll be alive in a year but ehh. I might continue making blog posts. Ill continue editing my site for random ahh shit. Just no longer posting on social media And just this week I've been to the hospital like 23 times, idk wtf is wrong with my hyperactive dumbass My DM's and email is still open.
